This outfit is a joke!! I signed a contract 7/23/24. They were supposed to start on 7/29/24 and finish by 8/2/24. It is now 9/14/24. They have taken all of my money and I have nothing to show for it. All they do is make excuses. I have since fired them and am pursuing an attorney.

He has not started any work, I only get excuse after excuse, The last time I heard from him was a week and a half ago.

Key issues: 1) the work promised was started on 7/31 as agreed upon so that it would be finished by 8/12. 2) I am concerned with my family's safety based on Chris's behavior both verbally and in writing (text). When I called Angie's list to ask for assistance, I informed the agent I was very concerned about our safety due to the contract's behavior and the fact that he had my address. Summary: Spoke with Chris (owner) via the phone to discuss the installation of the fence and slab for swim spa. He stated he would provide an estimate and the project was to be complete before 8/12/24 (except the double gate so the swam spa could be delivered). I emphasized the slab had to be ready for the weight of the spa which was to be delivered on 8/13 or 8/14. Chris assured me it would be ready by that date. While Chris tended to be long-winded, he was friendly. However, when Chris could not process our credit card deposit, asked us to use paypal "friends and family," however, that process would charge a significant fee. Chris then asked me to use Cashapp and said he would take off the fees charged to my credit card ($561) to do a cash advance. Chris or his associate, texted and called repeatedly over the next two days regarding the deposit. He said he needed the deposit to purchase the materials so he could get started on 7/31/24 to ensure the fence and slab were ready before 8/12. I began to have serious concerns about his knowledge and ability when I reminded Chris that he should call the City before he began digging and he indicated that he did not need to do that. I again, said I think it is required by law, and he again said he did not need to do that. We paid the deposit and he told me he ordered the concrete on 7/29. I checked in with Chris on 8/5. He assured me the slab and fence would be completed on time. However, when I arrived on 8/10, nothing had been completed. I texted Chris and he sent another very long text explaining the details about an issue he had with an employee. I then replied and said that I did not want to know the details about his staff, I simply needed my job completed on time. He then called me and was very unprofessional and would not let me speak (he kept talking over me). Because of his erratic behavior (verbally and via text), my growing concerns regarding his competency to complete the work, I requested a refund of my deposit. Things then got much worse. Chris sent several more, very....very long unprofessional, and concerning texts, which included threatening to take me to "civil" court if I gave him a negative review. He also said something about charging me 1600 for one of his worker's time to provide the estimate. However, an estimated fee is not in our contract. Again, I am concerned for my family's safety, not only was my project not completed on time, but it is now costing me more money because the slab was not ready in time and I will have to pay someone to move the spa once the slab is complete. I am attaching the contract, bill, and screenshots of all concerning texts from Chris (including his threats). Delay of service is costing me additional money, but I cannot enter this info in box above.

Everything this company did from the initial point of contact to the finalization of the project we were happy me and my wife had a 35ft wide by 20 ft long and bout 4ft deep center pond put in on our property. From the price of the pond it's self to the way they ran there skidsteers they did an amazing job they handle there's self in a professional and great manner the whole time I would these guys every time matter of fact I have them coming out to do siding.

They were absolutely amazing. The prices are amazing the work was more then exceptional. I would definitely choose them 1000 times over for anything that I need done in the future. I love these guys in the few short days they were here they became like family.

The reason I have closed the job is because we talked for a few minutes after being on the phone and talking to him of course I had all my measurements and had everything ready while we are on the phone he gave me an accurate estimate and I told him to bring the contract to me tomorrow and I trust the word of this contractor.

My overall experience with precision landscaping and remodeling services was definitely a good experience. Because if I need more work done this will definitely be the company I hire
