"They were excellent to work with but we paid a large deposit and waited 3 months for the work to be done which wasn't a problem. Once I called and inquired it was only days and job was completed. I was expected to pay there and then once the job ended but I was not made aware (pre thanksgiving) of that as I was away and had no way of writing check.
