The company arrived around 9 in the morning, started to work. Hammer up old concrete, did run into shell rock, which took somewhat longer. Carried out the rocks, put down rocks in and along wall. Put in sump pump and wall materials, and window wells.

Even if the walls are in good condition and primed well, that third layer of wallpaper could cause problems with adhesion.
