"Very professional and did a great job with the install. I would highly recommend them to anyone. This was a very tedious project since the previous owner/contractor used little to no insulation in the ceiling and walls of the addition on our house. It was miserably cold in winter and miserably hot in this summer heat. Once the insulation was installed, there was an immediate change!! They came in, did great work, and cleaned up!"

"Tri-State recently provided a bid for my patio project. Their price was neither the lowest nor the highest, but what set them apart was the quality of their knowledge and the reasoning behind their recommendations. While several other contractors I found through Angie’s suggested simply pouring the concrete slab directly on the ground, Tri-State explained the importance of additional support beneath the patio. They recommended installing piers under the slab to help minimize future movement and settling. Their approach demonstrated a deeper understanding of structural integrity and long-term performance. It was clear that their team has a strong engineering and structural repair background. Since they also specialize in foundation and structural repairs, I felt confident in their ability to design and build a patio that would last. I’m very happy with my whole experience.
