"The salesman caught us off guard when we had a small leak in a basement. Sold us a 10k fix we didn’t need. We asked to cancel the contract but we were told the materials had been cut (three weeks prior to our installation). We would have to pay approximately one third of the contact to cancel. So we decided to move forward. We had brand new carpet installed just recently and the workers who came to my house today stamped mud all over it and tore some of the padding. They also left trash in our house and much more importantly they left a widow (which we never use) open and my cat got out. This business feels lazy and dishonest. I would recommend to no one."
