It went fine, as far as I know. I wasn’t actually there to observe the job being performed or to meet the employees. I was able to see the end results, which were fine.

Great job. Would hire again.

They did a good job drying out the crawl space and removing the mold. However, they did not adequately fix the hole they cut into my bathroom floor. They never stopped in daily to check on the progress as they said they would. And, when they charged my credit card, they overcharged me by more than $500 without saying a word about why they did it. I had to call them to get an explanation. They said they had made a mistake when estimating the # of fans needed. I said that was their problem, and they should honor their estimate. Nope. They totally blew me off. I even wrote a letter to the owners detailing all the issues there were with the services provided. I never heard from the owners. I was very dissatisfied with their customer service. I will never use them again. And, to top it all off, I received a postcard from them, thanking me for letting them clean my carpets. What carpets??? I don't have any carpets in my entire house.

They came quickly, and were very polite. However, they made a "mistake" on the estimate, and charged my credit card an extra $500 after they were done. Having read the other reviews, I can see where this is not the first time they have charged significantly more than they estimated. I will not hire them again.

They were awesome. They were very thorough, reasonable, nice and professional.

I asked the carpet store and they recommended them. They came out. They were nice, thorough, and professional. They got it clean. They left a bottle of pre-cleaner. They said if I spill anything, put the pre cleaner on and call them immediately. They are great! They are smaller outfit and I think once I called their home number. I apologized. They were really nice about it and said it was fine. I asked them for prices on cleaning the carpet in my family room and the rug in my kitchen. They gave me my options. They came out and cleaned. They also did a professional vacuuming as an extra service. They are really nice people and I like their service.

!Have been using Advanced Steamway for years-still keeping 10 year old carpet (household with 4 children and several dogs) looking great! They are all so nice, easy to contact and they are truly upset if they ever find a spot they cannot remove (they found a spot in kids bedroom that was actually bleached instead of a stain.) Otherwise, carpet looks like new when they leave

They did the water extraction and dried out the lower level over 4 days. It was amazing.

The biggest problem I had was the price. They gave me a quote, and they are now wanting to charge me more for the job. They were responsive and very friendly. They did come out in a reasonable amount of time.

They provided a great service. We had the carpets cleaned, they cleaned all the little kids stains. They were very thorough.

I like their quality. The workers that came out were great and there were no complications. The carpet still looks good.
