Tilled compost and seeded so now I have grass where clay once prevented anything but weeds from growing. Added flower beds to the front of the property where the builder did nothing. Charley came up with the perfect combination of flowers and shrubs, small brick patio and even did some concrete work (that was decided after the project was well under way).
