Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric was founded in 1982 by 4th generation Master Plumber, Tom Drexler. We are now one the area's largest home service provider. We offer plumbing, heating and cooling, indoor air quality, electrical, and other home services. "I typically do not leave reviews, but my experience with Tom Drexler Plumbing was so poor that I feel compelled to share it in hopes of preventing others from wasting their time and money. I initially contacted the company to address a leaking faucet in a spare bathroom. I was given a vague appointment window of 8 AM to 5 PM and informed that if I didn’t answer a call prior to their arrival, the technician would not show up. When the technician arrived, he spent time criticizing the company’s hiring practices rather than focusing on the repair. He determined that a full tub and shower replacement was needed, quoting over $1,000. The work could not be done the same day, requiring me to schedule another appointment. The technician arrived late and took the entire day to complete the job, spending a significant portion of time sitting on my staircase visibly exhausted. The installation was subpar—both the faucet and showerhead were protruding nearly two inches from the wall, and the showerhead was visibly crooked. The faucet and showerhead were protruding so far out they couldn't even be caulked. My wife documented the issues with photos. She sent them to me after the tech left. I immediately called Tom Drexler, informed them of the subpar work, and requested a different technician to correct the poor workmanship. A new technician arrived the following week and made the necessary adjustments. However, within four days of using the shower, a leak developed in the ceiling of the kitchen below, and our toilet began leaking from the base when flushed—suggesting possible plumbing pressure or blockage issues. I contacted the company again and scheduled yet another appointment. Despite being given the same 8 AM to 5 PM time frame, no one showed up, and I had to follow up myself to learn the technician wasn’t coming. Eventually, another technician did visit and claimed the ceiling leak was due to "residual water" and dismissed the toilet issue. When the ceiling stain continued to grow, I called again and requested a supervisor. The supervisor came a week later, concluded that the issue wasn’t related to their work, and left without offering any solutions. Altogether, I had to take four days off work to accommodate this series of visits. I now need to hire another plumber from a different company to resolve the ongoing leak. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Tom Drexler Plumbing. The quality of work, communication, and overall customer service were consistently poor throughout the entire process."

"Warren worked me in the same day to diagnose the problem with our laptop. he offered to diagnose the issue at no cost. Later that same day he sent a text letting me know that he had a portion of the computer back up and running. The next day he let me know that the computer was fully operational. Very fast service. The only negative is that he made the necessary repairs to get the laptop up and running without letting me know what the problem was and what it would cost. The repair cost wasn't excessive, but given the current price of laptops, you can easily spend more on repairs of an older laptop than the cost to purchase a new one. Another thing to be aware of is, without advising you Warren wants to install a remote access APP on your computer so he can diagnose issues remotely. In my case the computer would not allow him to install the software. I suggest you clarify this item before he does work on your computer. Other than these minor items, I would recommend Warren."
