Michael repaired water damage to our living room ceiling. This included repairing drywall, mudding and texturing ceiling and repainting the ceiling in the living room and hallway. He was always polite, very responsive with all communications, was always on time, and helpful in all ways.

The company arrived around 9 in the morning, started to work. Hammer up old concrete, did run into shell rock, which took somewhat longer. Carried out the rocks, put down rocks in and along wall. Put in sump pump and wall materials, and window wells.

Had Alvarado's come in and repair drywall that a previous installer had botched. They were courteous, professional and very good to work with.

Overall there were parts of the project we were pleased with, such as, the hardwood flooring installation.  Cutting our crew back to only two people with such a massive amount of work to be done was very unacceptable.  Mr. Tuttle's son was very uncooperative in performing tasks as they needed to...

On the down side the repairs where slow, expensive, and they never contacted me to let me know how the repairs were going. On the other hand they were able to tell me exactly what they where looking at and working on each time I called to follow up on the repairs. I felt they were very honest...
