"Joshua and team were so pleasant to work for. Where do I even start. From consultation to finished projects, Josh was very communicative and knowledgeable. I'm a recently new homeowner and have many questions and Honey-do tasks. Josh helped wittle my list down some. Firstly, I had a huge pine tree that came down during high winds and had crushed my fence. It left a huge stump on my yard. Josh used his excavator to remove the stump, carry all of the downed limbs to my burn pile, and made the yard look like a yard again. When then started looking at other multiple projects. He mentioned to me about fixing my bumpy yard for a future project. He is helping fix my broken chain link fence. Offered me some tree service ideas. Helped me hang some tvs including one outside on my patio. He gave me great ideas for landscaping my pool and then delivered some mulch and made my backyard to stay looking pretty. All of his staff and family were plesant to work for. He even recommended another certified Angi pro to help open my pool. "I have a older home, 40s, that had the original windows in it. As with all things, with age comes deterioration. I contacted Dillion from Stefaniak Construction and spoke with him about replacement options and scheduled an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. After his inspection, we decided to replace 9 of the windows in the home. With it being an older home, there were a few obstacles for him and he handled them in a quick and proficient manner. They underbid the job they performed and were going to have to eat some materials which would result in them not making any money but after seeing their effort and dedication plus the fact that they are working for a non-profit I felt it was well worth paying the extra cost for the materials and their labor because of the job that they did.
