"Had company do some regrading and then seeding/straw laying on about 4 acres around home. Probably 20% of the seeding took to the land. Weeds in the rest of the property. Suppose to seed front lawn with KY fescue; some other type of rye grass grew; no fescue. To their disadvantage, much of the straw and seed was displaced by a high wind weekend. Still, for $5,000 we acquired little value."

"It went very well! Tim came to the apartment and looked at the issue. He told me that he will place the order for the new and more efficient unit than the old boiler and install asap. Assess your terrain and the number of trees in the surrounding area to determine if a walk-behind trencher will ease the job. Digging a trench by hand is much more time-consuming and labor-intensive.
