And he starts the job that ended up being 3 weeks, but of course he said he told me it could be up to 3 weeks and of course he has a excuse for his employee's and other jobs he was working on at the same time as mine."

They’ve pointed fingers at my roof, the nails, and even the shingles—completely unrelated issues—just to avoid admitting fault. To make matters worse, their responsiveness has been appalling. It took months of relentless calls and emails just to get them to show up and inspect the issue. When they finally did, their solution was to deflect yet again rather than address the real problem. The entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. If you’re considering working with this company, think twice. I wouldn’t wish this kind of stress and disappointment on anyone."
