Went great! Took a little while for them to get to our jobs (but granted, we did hire them in late spring at the peak of their season). They showed up on time, worked full days, cleaned up afterwards and were very friendly and professional. Billing was fair and even a bit under estimate. The yard looks fantastic and we will certainly hire them again!

They did an excellent job and seemed to take real pride in their work. Jim was very helpful and had several good suggestions. The price was fair. They will come back in the spring to add some fill dirt and sod.

This happened over ten years ago, so any details are sketchy. I just remember they did good work. At the time, I thought the price was a little high, but I think it was well worth it at the time.

The solution was more costly than I could afford; but their staff messaged to me solutions that I could live with. I was most pleasantly surprised at their help and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jim Soper himself came out to do the work with another helper. They did a very nice job installing the underground corrugated pipe under a narrow walkway and then cleaned up the area so I couldn't even tell they dug in the area.
The grading job was a redo of another outfit's unsuccessful attempt and Jim's job is well done as we no longer have water sitting in the middle of the lawn when we have heavy rain. Jim was very good about matching the sod ground height to the existing lawn so there were no "bumps" at the edges of the sod.

We used to use them a lot and they did a good job, but it was getting expensive. Don't get me wrong though, Jim is a good guy though.

They picked up and finished a landscaping project that began with a contracter who did not complete the job and also ran with the money. They did an awesome job designing then landscaping the front of my house. Great people to work with.

He came for initial consultation and said he would get back to me in a week. Did not hear from him at all. Not professional!

"I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't receive my estimates. They were mailed to you on Friday, October 25th, which was 8 days after our consultation appointment. Since I didn't hear anything from you, I assumed you got the estimates but weren't interested in proceeding with me on the project. I am sending the estimates through the mail again tomorrow morning (Tuesday, December 17th). Please let me know when you receive them. Again, I am very sorry for this unfortunate circumstance. If you are interested in having us do any work for you, I would be glad to schedule your project for this coming spring. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Update 01-13-2014 I called the client on Monday, December 30th to make sure she received the estimates. She said that she did get them, but due to the holidays she had not had time to review them. She said she would look at them after the holidays were over. I told her that Jim would be glad to meet with her (if she desired) to go over the estimates and answer any questions that she might have. She seemed very receptive to that and said she is still interested in having something done."

I really liked him. He did some in depth drawing. He put plan together and gave us six different estimates. We've been gone out of town since he did that and we haven't gotten back to them but we're gonna do something with him. I really like everything he has done. He's a really nice guy to work with and he's straight to the point. He spend a lot of time working it out going over the details and honestly I don't have to do it. We want to get it done and his price were fair. Everything we seen so far is good and I don't see any downside yet but I don't have enough information and we might wait wait
