"Potter House was very responsive, calling back and providing an upfront no-BS time estimate for when work could actually begin (if we had decided to use them). Due to the busy nature of their schedule, they weren't expecting to be able to begin work for at least three weeks but, knowing the nature of our problem, were willing to come by and provide an estimate. When the gentleman I was dealing with came over to look at our problem he was, once again, upfront about how long it would be before Potter House would be able to begin work. He was also quite knowledgeable and honest about the different aspects of work and sub-contracting that would be required to get done what we needed. "We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

"The work they did is still working. The system works but it seems like we have a leak in the front of the house. The front of the house actually has three continuous sections and there is one place where it kind of runs down the side of the house a little bit. The product itself, the incaps were painted to match the color of the choice of gutters but they peel back to white. When we called, they were right on time."
