The Summit team did an exceptional job of communicating before, during and after our house inspection. They were clear on what they needed to do and the time frame it would take to do such tests. Also, during each conversation, I was told in multiple ways the types of things that could be going on with our house and all of the things to be watching for in the future. Definitely worth our time, energy and money.

I called Summit Environmental Services, Inc, (after I had worked with another company that I had received a referral from through Home Advisor). I spoke with Jeff, the owner of Summit and told him the problems that I was having. He called someone who was already out working in the field. Jordan came to our house that afternoon and took the needed samples. Stated that he would get the results of the samples early the next week. He also spoke to another person referred by them for mold remediation. That person spoke with us and stated that as soon as he got the results, he would do what was necessary to remove the mold. I am so grateful for this company. They saved me time and stress that another company had caused. If I could give them a 10 rating, I definitely would.
