We had a broken bathroom exhaust fan for quite some time. I had reached out to a few people and either they didnâ t call back, or came over and looked and again, didnâ t call back. I contacted Little Bear Company and they came over to check it out, gave me a quote and installed the new fan THE SAME DAY!!! It was such a relief!

From our first conversation, I felt comfortable and HEARD. After dealing with some...shall we say unscrupulous contractors, I will admit I was on edge and wary. However, they were honest with me from the beginning. The cost, what would be done, and timeline were exact! They pointed out issues that could become problematic in the future, but did not try and 'bid' for another job. They showed my husband and I what we needed to work on, and what supplies we would need if we decided to do it ourselfes. They even did little things that we hadn't expected for no additional cost. I WILL keep them on speed dial for issues that will of course always appear in an older home over time. Most importantly, our home looks amazing! To stroke my own ego, their work showed how good my taste is. ;) Our home suits us now and my husband and I smile every time we drive up.
