"I was searching for a plumber to do a variety of work including pipe replacement and new bathroom and kitchen installation. Brandon replied quickly to my request and after visiting provided a clear quoted proposal and expected timeline. His communication was excellent, he responded quickly and delivered high quality work. He made several beneficial suggestions having reviewed the plumbing system whilst avoiding any unnecessary work. His knowledge and advice left me thoroughly impressed and he even provided maintenance tips for the future. I highly recommend Brandon who is reliable, knowledgeable and provides outstanding service. "Great workers! On time, always clean up after themselves , polite and their work is priced fairly. I have had them do work on four occasions due to age of house and remodeling. They replaced all piping for the septic as well as the septic tank. I would recommend them anytime."

Customers say: Quick response

"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

Toilets questions, answered by experts

While you shouldn’t increase the flow of your low-flow toilet by adjusting the water level in the toilet bowl set by the manufacturer, you can make the flow as efficient as possible by ensuring the rim jets under the rim are unobstructed. To do this, use a mirror to look under the rim and scrub them with a toothbrush or a small wire to clear any debris stuck in the holes. You can also watch for leaks, make sure the internal components are in good shape, and replace them if necessary.

You can tell if your toilet fill valve is full by removing the lid and taking a look. When you flush the toilet, the float is at the bottom of the tank, the water empties, and the fill valve opens. The float rises to the top as the tank fills again with water. When the float rises to the right level, the fill valve closes; if the valve is too high, your toilet may only partially flush, requiring you to adjust the float.

If you experience the telltale sign of wax ring failure, which is leaking water, replacing the faulty ring takes one to three hours, depending on accessibility. This is an exacting and time-consuming job, as several components must be removed for the plumber to access the ring. Once replaced, however, wax rings require little to no maintenance and last 30 years or longer.

Yes, frozen pipes can cause a toilet to stop working correctly. If the pipes are frozen, water cannot flow, which can lead to two main problems. First, the supply line to the toilet tank may be frozen, which prevents the tank from refilling with water after you flush. Second, the drain pipe itself can freeze, blocking water from flushing away. As a temporary solution for a non-refilling tank, you can manually add water, but this is not a long-term fix. To clear a frozen drain pipe, you can try pouring warm water into the toilet bowl or tank and then flushing, as the warm water may help thaw the ice blockage. Ultimately, the best course of action is to unfreeze the affected pipes to restore your toilet to full functionality.

The best way to stop your toilet bowl from sweating is to increase ventilation and get rid of the humidity in your bathroom. You can do this in a number of ways. Sometimes, cracking a window or running your exhaust fan is enough. You can also run an air conditioner or install a dehumidifier
