"Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. Kudos to Advanced for a job well done."

"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. They were booked for 5 days so I was fine with that. When the manager called and I told him how much water was being lost from a water line I had someone at my door in 30 minutes. Wow! They said it was an emergency and found a couple of men to work on our problem that afternoon. There was someone working on the line until after 11 pm. It was 23 degrees and we begged them to go home much earlier but they refused to leave until we had water. The price was very reasonable. If you have a water line problem, drain or sump pump problem call SDS."
