The quality of the glass block windows is great. The quality of the installation is pretty poor. The installers left chunks of brink and concrete all over the basement and garage. They damages a window sill in the bathroom. They also left large gaps in around the windows. I called Block Tite to have someone came back out, but they never did. I have left messages but no one has returned my calls. I would not recommend Block Tite of Cincinnati.

Professional all around, First appointment to measure and provide cost estimate was on time and had ideas on what would work best, Install appointment on time and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend these folks, nice to do business with. 4 glass windows with vents installed.

Marcus and Josh showed up on time and installed the two windows we requested to have done. Marcus even went above and beyond to save my house from a fire, that could have been deadly. Hats off to that guy! They were both pretty quiet and worked quick. I liked the windows they installed so much that I had them measure another window and they were back out within a few days. There was a small misunderstanding on the phone with Mike, but everything was cleared up and the customer service was A+.

The windows leaked! Bad... After bringing this to the companies attention and spending weeks playing phone tag we finally got them to agree to just remove the windows. Then it got worse. They left glass all over the inside of the building and the yard and the neighbors yard. They just busted them out with hammers! In the process they damaged several of the bricks on the building. So from start to finish we are out $1300 for the windows and have incurred several thousands of dollars in additional damage to restore the openings to the condition they were when Block Tite was first hired. I had different experiences with this company on two occasions for the same house. At first they sent a crew of three guys that were ridiculously rude, loud, and unprofessional. When we called to complain the company immediately sent them packing. The next they offered to return to finish the job at a discounted rate, but we were placed back in line on the schedule so they didn't return for a week or more. When they finally did come back they sent a different crew but the windows were all privacy glass. Only 2 of the windows were supposed to be privacy glass. They offered to replace them or further discount the price. We opted to discount the price. Overall this started as a pretty poor experience that only got worse and more expensive. All of our communications with the staff have been rude, condescending, and downright insulting. They are refusing to do anything about the damaged bricks so we are now having to hire an attorney to proceed to get our building repaired.

Installer showed up when he said he would. Was in and out in no time. I was amazed! Cleaned the mess, did a great job. The folks from Bloc Tite came when they said they would, did what they said they would and I couldn't be happier! Could I have gotten these cheaper? Yes. Could I have gotten them cheaper without a hassle? Probably not!

I called the company to get a ballpark quote because this was not your typical small basement window we were replacing (more like 3' x 5'). The owner gave me an estimate and we scheduled the salesman, Ron, to come out to measure the window being replaced and give a quote. The owner's estimate was right on target. The installers Jeremy and Benjamin could not have been more courteous and efficient. Overall, we are very pleased with the product and the service. I would highly recommend Block Tite!

Technician did a terrific job. He knew watch he was doing and was very fast but with attention to detail. We love the knew windows. 3 windows installed with air vents.

EXCELLENT!! Didn't realize I had so many choices in glass block patterns for starters. Mannie the installer did an excellent job with the install, professional, cleaned up. Glass block windows are very nice looking and super efficient energy wise!

There was a bit of confusion with scheduling bc of an issue at a different job site, but once the crew showed up and got to work they were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The windows look sturdy and we are very happy with the job performed. We would recommend Block Tite to anyone needing glass block installed.

Great job. Slightly more expensive than competition but they use mortar instead of silicon. I preferred this since I have an older (>100 yrs) stone foundation.
