"This review is full of lies and deception. [Member Name Removed] owns a property in Newport and he has had nothing but problems with every contractor he has hired. Blocktite has NEVER contracted with [Member Name Removed]. We were called by [Member Name Removed]'s wife to remove glass block windows that were installed in brick openings flush to the outside and in doing so , some of the edges of the 100 year old brick peeled off with the masonry. I had already been warned about [Member Name Removed] and his treatment of contractors and his unrealistic expectations but I agreed to remove the windows free of charge because he sent his wife to ask us and she expressed having many financial difficulties with contractors and they're work. I never met [Member Name Removed]. We removed masonry built and installed glass block windows for FREE and he is trying to make us pay, in his words, thousands of dollars in damages. What do you expect to happen when masonry is removed from brick. The brick will show signs of the work that was performed. It is completely irrational to think otherwise."
