"Hi Marissa, I am sorry to hear of this experience and appreciate all feed back that will help us improve as a company. As far as what our pre-work photos show, the water running from under the patio is from a pre existing leak that is not close to the heads. I can assure all sprinkler heads were capped, unfortunately this leak was not disclosed to us or brought to our attention until after the fact. Photos were reviewed after this issue was brought up and we are able to see the patch of green grass with dead grass around it. The spout removal was something one of my guys did per request at no additional cost but we did advise it not being a good idea and to keep the spout stored in case it did not work out. When it was requested to be re-installed, we were more than willing to do so but the gutter was thrown away. We however are licensed and insured and are more than willing to take our part in taking corrective action. I will be in touch to get this all corrected to the very best of our ability."

"Hi Faith, we appreciate the feed back. I do know we did remove the weeds before laying the new rock, however weed maintenance will be necessary. Usually the rocks will come with dirt but they were washed after being laid as we normally do. As far as the weed control, we did add some weed preventer while you were on site. I am sorry about the negative experience, please let me know what we can do to make it right."
