"They installed a new furnace and A/C ten years ago. I have a service agreement with them. They come out every six months and check the furnace and A/C. I pay a yearly fee of $60.00. They're very responsive and they call me to set up the time to have the technician come out. They schedule the service fairly quickly and it's convenient for my work schedule. The technicians always put on shoe covers when they come into my home."

"While having my siding removed and replaced, decided to insulate the exterior walls. They coordinated with the painter and checked the weather for when the project could be done. Also, the estimate was given several months in advance and was still honored once the project got going. "After a little confusion surrounding what the deal included (which was my fault, not the provider, and they were great about working with me), the provider arrived during the window provided and told me exactly what to expect and what they would be doing.   I have used other steam cleaning companies before and one of the things I really liked about Chem-Dry is that my bathroom wasn't touched as it is for steam cleaners.
