They're very responsive and they call me to set up the time to have the technician come out. They schedule the service fairly quickly and it's convenient for my work schedule. Also, the estimate was given several months in advance and was still honored once the project got going. A couple of them began dismantling the old furnace in the basement of the house, sweeping the floor and preparing the site for the new one, while a couple others did the same with the old AC unit outside in the backyard. "After a little confusion surrounding what the deal included (which was my fault, not the provider, and they were great about working with me), the provider arrived during the window provided and told me exactly what to expect and what they would be doing.   I have used other steam cleaning companies before and one of the things I really liked about Chem-Dry is that my bathroom wasn't touched as it is for steam cleaners.
