Very good! Excellent, they were here ahead of time, very courteous, knowledgeable, extremely clean, told me everything I need to know and It was a very good experience.

I've had One Hour out for new furnace/AC as well as a new humidifier and am a member of their annual service plan. My Furnace & AC install went very smoothly and the service was outstanding. My old ECM blower died. They were kind enough to loan me one during the heat of the summer between the diagnosis and the new install at no additional cost. They use Amana units (which unlike other vendors in KC, anyone is allowed to service them). The new unit works great. My old humidifier died not long after (both solenoid and saddle valve broke) and they came out within a day to replace it. Noticed some problems with the new unit after they had left, and they were out within 3 hours of me calling to fix it. Their service is bar-none - techs are very polite, clean, and do a great job. Highly recommend!

Now days it is hard to come across a reliable company with the integrity, honesty, morals and values I have experienced with One Hour Heating and AC. It is a local company which is owned by a friend of mine. I have a contract with them and they come and check the air conditioner in the spring and the furnace in the fall. It has all been excellent. When they do their checkup, there are little adjustments here and there that they do, but nothing major.

Scheduling, how long it takes for them to come out and the communication; it’s all been excellent. Getting all the old equipment removed and all the new equipment in, they couldn’t improve, they did it very professionally.

I have been using them for years. They are always very professional and courteous. They seem very knowledgeable. They have always done a good job of cleaning up as well. There was one worker and it took maybe an hour. I appreciate the professionalism of all the different people that have come out over the years.

I am simply not one to leave negative reviews here or on other sites unless the product or service is so horrible and I feel compelled to warn others. I have zero problems paying a company for services provided. I too am a service provider and provide quality services and expect to be compensated fairly. I needed a couple of pounds of freon added to my AC unit. I was told the price of freon has skyrocketed and was $139.00 a pound. I was shocked as I remembered it being approximately 30.00 a pound. Of course, wanting my unit fixed I agreed. Upon paying for the service which also included their service fee I did call several other HVAC companies asking the price per pound for 410A freon installed, The highest price is $40.00 a pound. Upon telling others what I paid they were shocked and appalled apologizing for the unsavory characters (One Hour Heating and AC) in their industry. Please note one can buy a 25lb container of 410A on amazon for $120.00. Purchasing the same container from One Hour will cost one $3475.00. Overall = F Horrible especially knowing charged unfairly. Price = FFFFF, Did I mention F. Price gauging at its best. The technician even called the office on his own accord to see if the service fee could be waived. I only assume this as he knew I was being completely taken to the cleaners. Quality = D It is working now but was advised by the technicians boss on the phone that I should do a nitrogen test at $1058.00 to test for leaks. Punctuality = B The tech did call on his way over and arrived on time. Responsiveness = D This may be slightly unfair as my call was answered, however, I cannot stomach giving a passing grade in 2 categories. Professionalism = F Any company that unfairly charges for a product of same quality of all other providers is not conducting themselves as professionals, rather as criminals. I fully understand the company has last word on reviews here. Please do not take their spin they will ****, although I cannot foresee how they possibly can defend their position.

It went extremely well. As is always the case they showed up on time and did a fantastic job. My old humidifier was not working and I hadn't had a very good experience with the old bypass flow so I was extremely excited to get this steam humidifier which is amazing. I always have problems with dry skin and bloody noses so optimal humidify is extremely important during the winter so while the 800 is a lot more pricey then other humidifiers I feel like it was worth it.  My technician Samuel J. was amazing, I get bi-annual service and he comes to my home usually. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he is doing, and for that matter every tech for the company does. They also always take the time to explain what they did when finished and train you on how to use any products they installed for you. I have never had a bad experience with them.  If you are looking to have HVAC work done I highly recommend One Hour Heating!!

They are very knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. They always call on us if it's time for their appointment. They usually give us a lot of tips about things we can do on our own, how to save money and keep the quality going.

They provide honest and reliable service. They have excellent technicians.

I highly recommend this company.  They arrived when they said they would. The service technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He wore shoe covers anytime he was inside the house. He immediately credited our Angie's list coupon. And, he explained what he would do before he began work and showed us the cost of various potential repairs in advance. He then checked out the system and actually showed me the instrument readings on the various components of the system.  He diagnosed the cooling problems and asked me what action (if any) I wanted him to take.  I had him perform the services described above, which he did promptly.  I couldn't ask for more than that.

It was good. We had a problem with the air filtration system. They actually replaced that under warranty without a problem with it. They were able to replace that without any extra charge. They are prompt. They do a good job as far scheduling for their evaluation time. I think it’s like a 2 hour window. You don’t have to wait around all day for them. They are always very courteous and always very prompt and they do a good job.

They come out twice a year, once for the heater and once for the air conditioning unit. They will come out in between if we need. They are really reliable. My brother has been using them for over 20 years and I have been using them for about 5 years.

The service was okay. One thing that they do with the humidifier costs extra and I was unaware of that. I have a contract with them. They did charge a great deal more for a part for the humidifier on top of the monthly membership that I have with them. We are still using them and I know to just buy my own parts for the humidifier in the future.

Service Tech diagnosed the problem the 11th (day I called).  The configuration options guy was here before tech left.  We went over the options with him deciding which option would fit our budget and still get us what we needed for our home.  2 days later the installers were here to install all the components.  They were clean, considerate, personable and genuinely fun to have around.  We had a lot of confidence in the organization from the start and we weren't disappointed.  This was the 4th AC service that we have had in 3 years of residence in our home.  None of the previous 3 showed their skill, care and professionalism.  I'd highly recommend them.

They have very good service. I would highly recommend them. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and very good about putting booties on their feet while in the house. They will contact you when they will be arriving. We pay $16.95 per month for the plan. They will change out the filter and wash the unit.

We have used them for years and have always had great service with them. If you have any problems their weekend emergency response service has always been prompt. I would highly recommend them. It is a family owned business and they have family owned values. We have always been well treated. The staff is very well trained, and courteous. They are always on time and always call to confirm.
