Efrain contacted me and said he could be at my home at 5:45 pm that same day. Upon assessing the repair job, Efrain offered to call a teammate and complete the work immediately. He and his colleague moved the furniture in the dining room, stretched and repaired the carpet, and left the space immaculate—all in a little more than an hour. "Mark did a great job responding to questions and a request for a quote. We had one minor issue with one of the tiles, but his tech was back the next day to remedy the issue, no questions asked. In addition, while he didn't include the cost of putting down carpet in a closet, his guys used a remnant and installed it, again no questions asked. The 'B' for punctuality was a minor thing; one of his guys showed up several hours later than we expected, but it didn't negatively impact the project.
