"The owner of the company showed up on time and was very friendly. He answered all my questions and then did a great job getting rid of the pet odor smell in my carpet. I had a new pup and was having trouble with potty training him. I had tried every kind of chemical and nothing was getting rid of the smell. I thought I was going to have to replace it, but I decided to try having it professionally cleaned. I was so happy that even a few weeks later, there is still no trace of the pet urine smell! Also his prices were very reasonable. He doesn't nickel and dime you like some of the bigger companies do. Even though I had called about my living room, he cleaned the attached hallway as well for no additional cost! I have passed his info on to all my family and friends!"

Efrain contacted me and said he could be at my home at 5:45 pm that same day. Upon assessing the repair job, Efrain offered to call a teammate and complete the work immediately. He and his colleague moved the furniture in the dining room, stretched and repaired the carpet, and left the space immaculate—all in a little more than an hour. "Mark did a great job responding to questions and a request for a quote. We had one minor issue with one of the tiles, but his tech was back the next day to remedy the issue, no questions asked. In addition, while he didn't include the cost of putting down carpet in a closet, his guys used a remnant and installed it, again no questions asked. The 'B' for punctuality was a minor thing; one of his guys showed up several hours later than we expected, but it didn't negatively impact the project. Mark was quick to respond to calls and to travel to our home for a quote; exemplary service. Overall, we are thrilled with the products he sold us as well as the quality of the installation work.
