"Mark did a great job responding to questions and a request for a quote. We had one minor issue with one of the tiles, but his tech was back the next day to remedy the issue, no questions asked. In addition, while he didn't include the cost of putting down carpet in a closet, his guys used a remnant and installed it, again no questions asked. The 'B' for punctuality was a minor thing; one of his guys showed up several hours later than we expected, but it didn't negatively impact the project.
