Their job went very well. They are punctual, reliable and very professional. If you have special concerns about the carpet, you can always discuss with them and they do their best to treat your problems at a reasonable price. We had used them before and since then we were very satisfied with them.

I had used Musser's several times for carpeted rooms, but was surprised and happy to find that they could also clean my area rugs in my house. The technician did an excellent and thorough job. He was prompt, friendly and provided great service.

They used the hot water, truck mounted system. It was great and worked nice. They were professional, gave me a quote and stuck to it. This company did not try to up-sell me once the cleaners got in the house; so that was a breath of fresh air. They were right in there for pricing and they answered all my questions. They also were right on time for our appointment.

They arrived on time and discussed which rooms they were going to clean. We chose for them to deodorize the carpet and clean the carpet. He was quick, courteous, and efficient.

I am sincerely apologetic for the experience you had with Musser's in 2008. Since then, we have completely changed the business; revamped it, removed and replaced the office staff/technicians/equipment and have really dedicated ourselves to providing a good service to our customers and to take care of previous clients that have experienced any negative treatment. We would gladly like to offer you a free cleaning to try and make-up for your horrible previous experience with us.
