Our service call is $90 and it is free if you do a repair! We service refrigerators, ice makers, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, garbage disposals, water heaters, AC and Furnaces. "It went horribly. The technician arrived on time and was nice enough but it went downhill from there. He did not know what he was doing. He managed to flood my laundry room, pantry and water even ran into my basement. From there, he was more concerned about taking pictures to protect the company than finish his work. He then said he added a new pump but the machine still did not work and made even more noise. When a different technician came a week later, he said the machine was so messed up by 911 that he could not fix it. I ended up having to buy a brand new washer. It was a disaster and I don’t recommend this company. They don’t know what they are doing."

"Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."
