"Great experience with Flame Tech. George was knowledgeable and responsive. He provided an accurate estimate over email based on a number of photos and a few phone conversations which streamlined the bid process considerably. They replaced my AC in a few hours for a fair price and educated me on other safety considerations related to my furnace. He also helped me diagnose a rattle in my air ducts that would have given me fits. Good price, know-how, and customer service, I would use Flame Tech again."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"We decided to update our 32-year old home?s kitchen in April 2012.  Paul and Linda helped us design a useable and beautiful space, which I can?t even believe is our kitchen.  We went from soffits above small cabinets and a peninsula with cabinets hanging down, blocking the family room, to a very open design with a huge island and wall cabinets all the way to the ceiling.
The work included:  All new cabinets with pull-out trays and soft-close doors and drawers and fantastic LED under-cabinet lighting; installed our door and drawer pulls; new travertine and mosaic backsplash; granite counter-tops; a fantastic sliding door where a regular door had been and new outside steps at this door; a lot of drywall work on the walls and ceiling, plus painting the ceiling and walls; new plumbing and faucet at the sink; a new vent to the outside for the stove (which was a very involved process); new LED can lights and pendants over the island; and many new electrical outlets. They also moved a ceiling light fixture to the living room and put up a new outside light over the new door.
I can?t say enough about Rex and Jamie.  Rex is a magician at making things look perfect and Jamie?s attention to detail in the electrical and plumbing areas was greatly appreciated.  Linda was a huge asset in choosing the elements of the remodel.
There were a couple of problems but they were successfully resolved.
The job was longer than originally expected, but Paul was working toward giving us the best value for our money by making sure we had quality products.  Even though we spent more than we originally budgeted, we got a very high-quality, beautiful remodel that has undoubtedly increased the value of our home."

"The salesperson was very prompt, and listened to my needs. This was the only company I contacted that did not reschedule two or three times! The installer arrived promptly for a walkthru and recommended a change from the original order, but was still able to install it on time. The installation was completed as estimated; everything was left very clean; and the installer explained to me how everything worked."

Install Boiler questions, answered by experts

Costs range from $3,000 to $7,500, depending on system size and efficiency.

Costs depend on issue severity, parts needed, and labor rates.

The best way to compare HVAC quotes is getting a few detailed quotes from local companies with good reputations. Then, go over the quotes line by line. Protect yourself by insisting on in-person estimates that include equipment manufacturer names, model numbers, SEER ratings, amounts and numbers of materials, details of warranties on equipment and labor, and other specifics.

Knowing the exact equipment and materials is the only way that you can fairly compare quotes. Quotes that are much lower than others can be a sign that the company isn’t providing the best quality service or materials.

Depending on the size of your home and system, as well as any upgrades or add-ons you choose, it may take between three and five days to completely replace an existing HVAC system from start to finish. Your contractor should be able to give you an estimate before they begin the actual replacement.

There are several types of home radiators, and the most common are steam heat radiators, electric radiators, and dual-fuel radiators. Steam heat radiators are connected to a boiler. Electric radiators can operate without being connected to anything else—they just need an electrical outlet. If you have a dual-fuel radiator, you’ll see a valve at the bottom of the system with a wire coming out of it and going into a wall. These are often your towel radiators in the bathroom. The type of radiator you have will impact how you turn it on.
