"Put a new roof on the house, built a new deck, and did a bunch of yard work for us. (Like cutting back trees and cleaning up all the down branches) And last year they put a new deck on my sister in law’s home. All the work was done on time and looks great!"

"Nick and James did an amazing job cleaning our home in Leawood! They were professional, friendly, and paid attention to every detail. Our house, gutters, and windows look fantastic, and they took great care of our landscaping. We couldn?t be happier with the results and highly recommend American Patriots Power Washing!"

"We just completed a wash and stain proj ct on our 3 year old deck. Donald was AMAZING to work with! We were able to schedule within one week after landing on the proposal and he completed in two days. I really liked that he took the time to walk through the process, give recommendations on the prep and stain options (oil vs. water based vs. Thompson's) and he did a great job. I'd strongly recommend him and would use his services again for future projects. Thanks again Donald!"

"Craig was very friendly & responsive to getting a bid prepared and all follow up calls. I was very happy with all of the crew members. They did excellent work from start to finish. The deck looks great!"

"Stephen was able to bid and start my project the same day. He took care of my gutters, Power washed the driveway and cleaned and sealed my deck. Even helped put the items back on the deck after. Everything looks great, Very professional and polite. I have no problem recommending Exterior Maintenance KC."

"While some painters would simply clean and paint, Corey and Pride Painting took great care to repair and replace water damaged boards, spackle every hole left by years of decorations and caulk all around. Corey's keen eye for detail helped improve our home well beyond the painting. We are thrilled with the excellent job he did."

"Gabriel and Cody did a great job cleaning and staining my deck. They completed the job just as quoted."

"I hired Josh after interviewing 4 companies to sand down my entire deck and use a stripper, power wash off the stripper and apply 2 coats of stain/sealer. He was not the cheapest bid by far but I could tell he was the best one for the job because I wanted top quality work. You would be hard pressed now days to find someone who takes so much pride in their work to where I would almost call him a perfectionist! He also fixed a number of problem areas I had on my deck and made it look better & in one case more sturdy. Also added a hand rail and touched up a spiral staircase. I wish I had before and after pictures to attach because the difference is amazing. He also spent a lot of time staining a variety of colors across my deck so we could make the right color choice. The final choice was completely different than I originally planned. He then had to sand off all the colors he put out there before finishing. I also had him clean & seal my driveway/patio. He did a fantastic job on both."

"Milton and his crew were always on top of everything, and were very professional and efficient. His guys are very hard working and never stopped until the job was done, and it was done flawlessly down to the last deck screw. Yes, he is a very busy guy but always made ample time to speak with us on any questions we had. Would definitely recommend A-1 to anyone!"
