"Bathroom Headquarters helped us finish a Master bathroom converstion with a luxury Onyx shower with bench seat, 2 caddies, slide bar for the shower head and grab bars. Greg Sikat (owner) has contractors for demolition, clean up, removal, installation, plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, flooring and counter tops. It was basically a one stop shop. Excellent service, good contractors that were bonded and licensed, and excellent customer service. Will continue to use them during the next stage of this remodel."

A friendly lady that set the appointment asked me a lot of details about the problem and decided a Master Plumber was the best choice. I was sent a picture and a brief info about the man coming to do the job before he came. Gary Gates was older, great work ethic, experienced, and had EVERYTHING on his truck to repair or replace my hot water tank. Being in a rural area, that was a new one for me. Usually service people have to go back to town for parts. He spoke directly to HomeServe on the phone; got them to understand a repair would still require a replacement very soon and be a waste of money, so they agreed to the replacement; I agreed to pay the cost of the upgrades I needed to be to code and he installed the new water heater. It was a very seamless job, and done very clean and neat, with good information all along the way about what I needed to do to take good care of it too. I will definitely recommend this company and this plumber."

"We had used this complany in the past for replacing our siding and windows and was thrilled. So we knew to use their services for the roof and gutter replacement. As in the past, Daryn was always punctual w/ the bidding process and getting everything processed w/ the insurance company. It took approx 3wks for the team to arrive but they arrived when they said they would. Did what they said they would. The job was done well as far as we can tell (I'm not getting up there to inspect!) but they could have done a better job cleaning up (of course it could've been a lot worse too!). We experienced a few issues, but they were all addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. The foundation of our garage had moved and we had noticed cracks which is why we called Groundwork’s to begin with. Clint was our first contact, he did a detailed inspection of our homes foundation. Gave us a quote and we could decide what to tackle and what we did not need to address. He did not pressure us which we appreciated.
