Perfect! After doing some research and consulting Angie's List, I decided to go with ProShred. Everything about this transaction could not have gone better. Brenda, the customer service representative, was very professional, attentive and personable. She presented all available options and scheduling was easy. Brian, the driver/technician, arrived on time. He was also very professional, attentive and personable. We loaded the documents into the designated security container and Brian took the container to the truck. He then proceeded to shred the documents while I watched the whole process on the external monitor. Brian made sure that every document was properly shredded leaving nothing behind. Look, I fretted about doing this but ProShred took all the worry out of the process. As promised, the next day in an email, ProShred provided a Certificate of Destruction. I would definitely use ProShred again!

The gentleman arrived on time, was so efficient, he was finished in less than 30 minutes with removing the documents from the boxes and shredding them while I was present. It was amazing. A totally professional operation from first phone call to truck leaving our address.

Took documents to them, they unloaded from car trunk, then placed all in a locked bin to be shredded. Did not see the actual shredding done. Very reasonable price.

I called Proshred because I had 13 banker boxes and 3 trash bags of paperwork. I spoke to Stephan and he gave me a price of 123.00 which he said would cover up to 20 banker boxes of paperwork. The shredding was scheduled for 5/15/15 and the truck arrived on time, with the driver calling me when he was on the way to my house. When he arrived, we dumped the paperwork into containers similar to the plastic residential trash containers you put on the street. I was told they could not shred the boxes because they could not mix cardboard in the papers. It took about 1.5 of the containers to shred it all. I called the Proshred office and gave them my CC number and was advised I would receive a receipt/cert of destruction. I received a receipt for 175.00. itemized to show 125.00 for a 96 gallon security cart and another 50.00 for a 2nd 96 Gallon Security cart. I don't necessarily understand this as there definitely was less than 20 banker boxes of paperwork. I have not called Proshred about this as I have been busy with a move and because sometimes you have to accept the intangible value of the services received and in this case, it was worth 175.00 to me just to get the paperwork discarded in a secure manner.

I stopped by and was met by a nice employee. She directed me where to drop off the boxes. She helped me unload the boxes and gave me a certificate of shredding. The only thing that would make it better was if I saw them do the shredding immediately.

They arrived on time, were professional and very courteous. I was taken out to the shredding truck to watch my documents shredded. There is a camera inside the shredding area of the truck that shows everything being done to assure I have seen all of my documents detroyed.
