"My water heater blew out. It was late in the day before I found it. I called Benjamin Franklin and Gus Bloyer arrived. Gus went the extra mile for me. He stayed until the water heater install was complete and left my house at 11:00 PM. He is coming back Friday to install a new water softener. Gus is the BEST!"

"Sam was such a help. I recently moved and did not know anything about how to use, maintain or see if my fireplace was safe. My ex always took care of that, and I am relearning how to do things on my own. Sam had NO issue walking me through every step of his process.
