"The user disputes a $785 charge from Anthony Plumbing Heating and Cooling, including $400 for 1.1 pounds of Freon that was unnecessary. Anthony claimed separate Freon charges for two system ports, but the user’s Senville Minisplit system only requires one charge. After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. No supervisor was present to verify the work and I was not permitted to watch them. They pressured me to sign the inspection form, without me inspecting anything. They are a SCAMMMM! I would only recommend Olshan as revenge."
