Although no homeowner enjoys an emergency project like this, we all learned to appreciate Mr. Anderson and all of the team members he brought to work on our project. We felt we could trust all of the team with our house keys, and we knew if we left them to work all day, we would come home to see significant progress being made. They all took pride in doing quality work, and they also made us feel like part of their family. In the end, we ended up with a beautiful new brick wall that matches the other existing units as well as one could hope (considering the older walls are sixty-plus years old)--actually, our new wall looks so much better than the old walls on the neighboring units. I know that if I need brick work in the future, I have the name of someone I can call who will give me the straight story about what work needs to be done, but who will not try to sell me something I do not need.
