I would highly recommend for you to request them. Gary was great, billing was fast and making payment was easy, except company does not cover credit card fees to pay by. I would recommend you ask this to be included in your estimate. I would use this company again."

"He did a solid job. However, I had scheduled an additional window cleaning to be done in conjunction with the tile cleaning/sealing 3 days prior (with his office manager/scheduler). When Doug showed up, he knew nothing about it so I've had to schedule separately for him to come out again. I live in a small townhouse and only have 5 windows. Also, Doug tried to sell me full priced services that I knew full well were deeply discounted here on Angie's List. Can't blame a guy for trying, I guess. Additionally, I feel $400 was very high for the project but he is a nice, trustworthy person & I needed the work done right away."
