"Over this was a terrible experience. Landscaper showed up when he wanted to. Yard was flagged and painted with spray paint to mark buried lines. Took landscaper so long it had to be reflagged and marked a total of 3 times. Landscaper hired another concrete company to replace old patio and steps. Was replaced with a much much smaller oddly shaped patio. No stamping which was discussed. Concrete company also replaced front step with an oddly shaped sidewalk. They literally threw and broke many pavers they removed all over the back yard leaving myself to move out of the way. Contractor literally threw a temper tantrum when he almost cut a buried cable line left and refused to return until yard was reflagged again. Brought in a heap of dirt and left right in mid of the front yard, it was there for so long weeds and grass were growing in it. Most eroded away to the end of the driveway leaving a muddy mess. "

"Hello, I had GrindnShine Pros mud my basement as I thought I wouldn't be able to perform this step of finishing my basement. (I had done the rest myself up to mudding). Do NOT hire this team to do mudding. If they cared enough about your home they would cared a little more. Lots of areas need remudded and everything needs sanded prior to painting. Took 4 pictures of just two walls of the worst I could find. There are tons of other examples but this is what they call a finished product after $5600 dollars."
