"Hi [Member Name Removed], I just wanted to respond to make sure you are taken care of. Unfortunately as it stands you hired Lowes not Wichita Home Works to do the project. Because of that we are only a subcontractor to Lowes and are bound by their terms, policies and even materials that we can use. I know that you were hoping to come out of the project with a brand new tub and surround but unfortunately the materials that we are allowed to use to refinish don't make that achievable. What you are requiring in terms of a finish on your tub can only be achieved by completely replacing the tub and surround."
