We had previously purchased a commercial yard light for the front of our house and everything went very smooth and professional. When we decided to add another light in the back yard things went down hill and were not sure why. First of all I could never get them to return phone calls and it was 4 to 6 weeks before we agreed to the delivery schedule. The light was originally to be the same as the previous light but they didn't have one in stock so we negotiated on a slightly different pole for the same price. the delivery schedule was over a week late from what we agreed to and when the light was delivered it was nothing like what was discussed. first of all it did not have a powder coat finish, was scarred up like someone had backed into it and was slightly bent. It appeared to have been a used pole that was spray painted. I called to owner and he was extremely rude, and hung up on me three times, before agreeing to cancel the order, pick up the delivered pole and cut me a check for the original amount. I would never recommend this company to anyone again and fail to understand their attitude, when they failed to deliver what was agreed upon..
