"We've had them do work over a dozen times. We are a HOA, and consist of five buildings which are condominiums. The first time we hired them to paint, we just don't do business with anybody besides River City Painting. They've done board replacement where necessary, along with trim work repairs, but they specialize in painting. They do what they say they will do, exactly, and they stick to schedule. We have many elderly residents, and there is never any hassle with this company. Ex. They never park in resident parking, and they never leave a trail behind.
