Great communication all along the way, promptness about being on site when promised, EXTREME attention to detail, and a desire to please by accepting feedback and questions...ALL were present with Brian Andrews. When you spend as much as this project cost (and it wasn't insignificant for us considering there were 5 decks with both old and new wood that we wanted to look "as close to the same as possible"), ALL of these things matter. Needless to say, we were THRILLED with the final product."
