It was wonderful as usual! We have used Mel on our rental houses, in my business and in our personal residence for years. He makes grungy rental house carpets look nearly new again and he really seems to care to do his absolute best to get out any stains, Mel has an outstanding work ethic and really does care about doing his best for you every time. This time Mel shampooed the carpets in two bedrooms, the entire basement and some area rugs. Walking in I was so happy! Everything looked sparkling and new again! THANK YOU MEL!!!

Mel did an awesome job for us - very professional and was able to get the old stains out, in about an hour. I had even underestimated the size of the rooms and when he measured it was just above the 500 sq feet mark - which meant I could use the 25.00 coupon that is offered here - I would not have known that, if he hadn't told me. Great job!

He was 1 1/2 hours later than the appointment time. No apology or rational for tardiness. Did go right to work and was very thorough. However, it disrupted my entire day because of his unexplained delay.

I hired Mel because our upstairs carpets had just about every kind of stain you can think off-- grease, oil, pet stains, kid stains, and just general griminess from 8 years of wear that we've lived in the house (and I don't think the previous owners ever cleaned them during the five years they were here. And boy did hiring Mel pay off! He managed to get out every single one of the stains, took his time, especially on the high-traffics areas, and blocked up all of the furniture pieces that we had him clean underneath. The carpets were not overly soaked (a problem we're heard some other companies have) and dried in a timely manner.

AFTER A SEVEN INCH RAIN IN JUST TWO HOURS I HAD A FLOODED BASEMENT IN ONE OF MY RENTAL PROPERTIES-I CONTACTED MEL ON A FRIDAY EVENING & HE WAS THERE WITHIN ONE HOUR WITH ALL NECESSARY EQUIPMENT-HE STAYED UNTIL MY TENANTS WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED THAT HE HAD PUT THE PLACE BACK TO LIVABLE-HE CONTINUED TO MONITOR THE JOB OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS TO PREVENT MOLD OR ALLERGY PROBLEMS- I HAVE KNOWN MEL LORG FOR SEVERALYEARS AND HAVE USED HIM ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS ON MY 30 RENTAL PROPERTIES WITH MCPHAIL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT-HE IS HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY AND OH SOOO RELIABLE THAT I NEVER THINK OF CALLING ANYONE ELSE ! IN ADDITION TO CLEANING CARPETS BEYOND BELIEF MEL IS ALSO QUITE A PROFICIENT HANDYMAN ! I WHOLEHEARTEDLY SAY GIVE HIM A CALL-YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED NORMAN-MCPHAIL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Mel approaches every task with courtesy, professionalism, and integrity. He is always on-time, stays in contact, and does exactly what he says he will do (sometimes, even just a tad more). He has the skill set and the experience to troubleshoot and problem-solve solutions that do not cut corners, but also do not "break the bank." While working indoors, he is mindful to take care of his clients things better than he does his own. He is meticulous and will always do the job right. The people to whom I have referred him to in the past always claim he is easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. I don't think any other professional carpet-cleaning/handyman service in the Wichita area can provide such a perfect balance of quality work and affordability.
