CertaPro did a great job painting our home last summer. We hired them again this summer to power wash our deck and patio and stain our outside cedar pillers. We also had them paint our laundry room and pantry. They did an outstanding job . We appreciate the care they take to do the work exactly as we requested and always clean up well. They communicate well if we need to change dates or arrival times. We highly recommend this company and their great workers!

The job was done perfectly except for my deck painting. The wood is still showing through and looks like it definitely needs another coat of paint. The exterior of my house was perfectly painted, and the cleanup was perfect, I'm just not happy with the painting of my deck.

Everything exceeded our expectations-- from the scheduling of the appraisal all the way through the final invoice. The painting crew was prompt, efficient, polite, attentive to detail, responsive to questions, and overall took great pride in their work. CertaPro did a good job for us. We hired them to paint all most all of our interior in preparation for the house being sold. It took longer than we had planned but the end results were good. We are pleased to have hired them.

This was a warranty repaint of home exterior because of a faulty paint batch. Ken personally inspected previous paint and immediately agreed and approved the repaint and sealing. Repaint completed in one day by an experienced and friendly crew. Ken stands by his warranty. Job completed to my full satisfaction. Recommend.

The quality of the work that was done was good, but they never finished even after we took away 2 parts of the painting project, the ceilings, and hallway closets. The Painters did not show up on time, left early, and took VERY long lunch and personal breaks. NO TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. NO SUPPORT HELP from CertaPro. NO IN-PERSON FOLLOW-UP from CertaPro after hearing our complaints. Felt and still feel that Certa.

Good people. As much attention was paid to cleaning up after themselves as was applied to the paint job, itself. I really appreciated that.

My wife and I previously used CertaPro Pinters of Wichita East within the past two years to tackle repainting the kitchen and dining room walls after I had tackled and completed a wall paper removal project. We added on painting one of our upstairs bedrooms also. That project was close to perfection. The work was exceptional and the painter was timely each day and worked until the end of each day. We were very happy with CertaPro so we hired them again last year to tackle a more complex outdoor project - painting all new siding for the entire outside of the home as well as painting all trim and doors. This project was more complex and took a good bit of time. However, once the work was completed, Ken (CertaPro) walked around with me to annotate any flaws as well as anything which may have been missed. This information was relayed to the painter(s) and any rework was completed to our satisfaction. We love CertaPro's guarantee of customer satisfaction. We hope to be moved to a new home within a year or so, but if that happens and we need some painting done, we will be reaching out to Ken and Staci at CertaPro of Wichita East for the work. We are very satisfied customers of this painting company.

Very nice and clean

The painter had a difficult project to "fix" what I had attempted to do. Couldn't be more pleased. Looks better than ever.

When I hired certa pro, the owner was out within the same day. The repair was due to a summer hail storm. He was polite and professional. Due to everyone else in the area needing paint they were running about 6 weeks out. Once the crew 2- guys showed up, that is when the circus began. They showed up to power wash the house, and then get started as weather permitted . When they came back to wash, they couldn't get the power washer to run, so spent most of the day looking for another, or fixing that one, didn't do anything that day. Next day washed the house. Later that day, they began taping and papering windows etc., knowing that the next day was going to be a high of 35 degrees F. And windy. So all of the taping and paper blew off and ended up all over the neighborhood. The two painters would show up at all different times of the day, and one would leave for hours leaving one to tape, scrape etc. Then the weather would get cold again and they would leave and the paper would blow off again. There were multiple times that 2 would show up and one would leave for most of the day. I tried to contact certa pro to find out the plan and was told that they would be there to finish up today. I called my wife and told her that, and they had not been there at all that day yet and it was 2pm in the afternoon. At approximately 3pm they arrived and worked until dark (about 3 hours this time of year). They came back the next day around 3pm and worked until dark but still didn' t finish completely. The quality of work was satisfactory, but you will never know when or if the project will get done. From the time they first began, it took them 2 weeds to paint small house. Yes weather delayed them 2-3 days throughout, but the planning, and the schedule leave Much to be desired.

Everyone was great. So nice to work with a contractor and his workers that actually did what they said they would . Very attentive and absolutely the nicest hard working people we’ve ever contracted with. Definitely recommend them.

They painted our homes exterior. Great price - not the cheapest but not the highest. Great communication - it rained the day they were supposed to start painting and they immediately let me know what their plan was to keep an eye on the weather. The house looks great - will definitely use again.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend company. The sales woman tried to make it right, but it was too late. Work was incomplete and amateur for the cost.
