"Amazing work! He was quick to come give an estimate and didn’t make us wait around as other companies did. He gave a reasonable price and with the quality of his work I personally think he could go a bit higher as he works fast and very well. He was respectful of my kids, pets and landscape. He also used real cement for post foundation and not the foam others mentioned in quotes. We will definitely use him when we repair the other side of the fence at our home."

Custom Painting and Home Repairs were easy to work with, and did a couple of things that were outside of the contract. They also suggested some changes that helped get the job done. "In August 2013, we hired them to repair soffits, eaves, and yankee gutters. The house is 100 years old, is still all-wood, and we are very particular about having things fixed properly to last another 100 years. It is also 3 stories tall, so some areas were 25' high. They properly repaired broken and missing corners, replacing the wood and then priming and painting the areas. They sealed the yankee gutters (not many people know how to work with this style of internally-built gutter) and made everything look like new. They came when they said they would and worked on the job until it was finished. No starting then gone for two weeks and finishing later like some contractors do. We got what we paid for, and extra (they painted other areas that needed touchup "while they were up there"). They came quickly, gave a quote, and stuck to the quote. We plan on hiring them again this spring to build a new deck on the back of the house. Very very satisfied!"

They were punctual, professional and once the job began they  continued working until it was complete. They do minor outdoor repair and fix-up that has to do with painting. they do not do other exterior work. They were very competitive in their pricing - lower than some we had checked .
