"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

Well, it turns out he installed it improperly and it blew the transformer and the new controller. So now they gaslight us , and proceed to tell me, that I said my husband installed it, no I did not ever say that. I said that it had been replaced once and it was a new part. So one thousand dollars later, here I am, being called a liar, and having words put in my mouth, plausible deniability I guess. Anyway, I advise if you provide parts, document, take pictures and or video, and have the tech sign a list of parts installed. Now, I have totally lost trust in anyone I hire to do work on my home, thanks for that. And I will now have to find a new company to work with near me, and that is not easy to find. I got screwed by another company, that's another story"

"I could not be more happy with the people I dealt with or the job I got. They were tied for the highest dollar contract (the reason for the B in the price dept) but I still feel like I got my money's worth and maybe then some. I commented at work that I needed to find a roofer and asked if anyone had a good company they knew of. Our regional manager mentioned the company that had reroofed our distribution center. I said that they probably wouldn't be interested in my house. She told me they did both and it turns out she was absolutely correct. They came out, checked everything over, made some suggestions about some other conditions they found and were just as professional as their name suggests. I was a little disappointed they weren't less expensive but I decided to go with them anyway because we've never had any problems with the giant roof they did for my company, surely this would be a snap. It was. They were courteous, the yard was cleaned up very nicely. The guys even knocked as soon as they were done on the back so I could let my dog out to run safely like I asked them to. They'd cleaned it separately so he could get out their and fuss at them in person! :) Seriously good folks. I am so glad I found them. Found out they're a family business and the two guys I'd dealt with we're a father and son. My wife always said everybody gripes when things are bad but rarely does anyone give credit when things are good. She always did. I guess now it's my turn to put up or shut up, so here I am. Roofs been done a while now and still looks good, still dry and the same guys still answer the phone."
