"John Mattox of Clarity Home Inspections did my radon testing and then I hired him to do the radon mitigation. Not only did he respond to my communications day or night but also did an amazing job on the installation. He was extremely knowledgeable explaining everything before hand and then showed up the day of the job with all the equipment and materials that he needed to do the installation the right way. John was thorough and did all the extras such as larger PVC pipe, clear sump pump covers and insulation for the attic install. I would highly recommend John for any radon inspection and or mitigation. His home inspection process and documentation is excellent as well."
