My business and services. Pro Deck & Design we build decks screened porches sun rooms gazebos pergolas all types of repairs. I'm the owner Randy Everhart I have 2 employees and over 30 years experience in construction I work personally on every job I contract out, I'm working from start to finish.

We were able to e-mail him a design that we had obtained previously from another contractor (whom we chose not to do business with) and he gave an estimate over the phone. The price was consistent or maybe even on the lower end of some other quotes that we received, but his work seemed to be of better design. He offered to come out and take a look that weekend and finalize the design and quote.
After agreeing to the quote, Randy was able to come out the next day and finalize a contract and purchase the materials. The following day, he showed up later than expected, but told me that he was tracking down the balusters that we had requested. Apparently they were discontinued and he had to locate a warehouse that had a few boxes left over from last season. Some contractors may have just told us that they didn't sell them anymore and expected us to pick a different style, but Randy went the extra mile. He showed up with a helper and accomplished 75% of the work in that shortened day.
Day 2, the two workers showed up early and finished in a couple of hours. They cleaned up after themselves well and were very polite and friendly throughout the process. We are very happy with the end result.
Now we are just waiting to let the wood dry out so that we can stain the deck.
