"I had a new chimney chase and new cap installed. I gave them a C rating because I was not satisfied with the way the chase was installed. The chase was installed with just using adhesive, I think it should have been secured with stainless steel lag bolts on each corner which I ended up doing myself. Also the new cap they used did not have a screen around the outside of the outer pipe that would let bird get between the double wall pipe. I end up putting my old cap back on myself. As far as the people involved, salesman and installer, all were very nice and polite. The installation of everything just needs to slow down and do it right! So if you use CMO make sure to get everything in writing how the job will be done, fastening of chase etc."
