"Had Roto rooter come out in November, paid cash to the employee and he wrote down 11-2022 instead of 8-2023 into the warranty system and wrote in we paid $450 which we paid $900 so he stole money and now they won’t warranty are clogged main line now. Called main office the lady was very rude and cursing then hung up the phone. Roto rooter is the scummiest company I have ever used. If you want to get screwed over by a big name use Roto rooter. Never again."

Installed a new toilet. Replaced our old surround with beautiful tiles and even put up shelves and bars in the tub for our future years!? Job very well done! Thank you Luis. Then we met Dennis. Yet another hard worker,prompt and ready to work. He refinished our ancient of days bath tub. Now it looks completely new! We not only are happy with the job but both guys were really good about cleaning up the mess. We highly recommend this crew,they know what they?re doing. "I hired Price Point Builders AFTER Bruce had come out to look at our project. He was a terrific guy and had incredible ideas and a plan for us. He said our project could be completed in less than a day. No worries. We were excited to have him on board with our idea and anxiously awaited his email quote. 5 days later, still no quote. I texted him and left several messages before he finally sent it. It was fair pricing for what we were expecting him to do. After accepting his bid and digging a 2 foot deep x 2 foot wide x 24 foot long trench as he instructed us to do before Friday June 30th when he said he would be arriving to begin the project at 8am. June 30th: 8am came and went. No call, no text. I texted and called him SEVERAL times. At 11:30 he finally called me and said he would not be able to make it until Monday. I told him it was unacceptable as we had asphalt coming on Monday. We needed to wrap this up. He said he would have someone come and start it but it would be a week before he could finish. I was so upset that he changed his story AFTER we accepted his bid and dug up our entire driveway next to our home for this to find he was not going to keep his word. He said that he drove by THAT MORNING to see if we dug the trench. ( I was calling and texting him for 3.5 hours, but he did not have the decency to reply - yet, he found it acceptable to drive by and not stop or contact me???) He actually started giving me all kinds of excuses as to why he could not do the job as promised and told me how busy he was. Then, he told me that my husband told him something about the job that was completely untrue - and was placing blame on my husband! Then, Bruce started making insinuations that I was lying about having asphalt laid the day before a holiday. I had ENOUGH. I called my husband and told him what Bruce had said and done, and my husband told me to call him and fire him now. I fired him on the spot. I told him we would not need his services and would be replacing him with another company. As I was telling him why, he kept talking over me like what I had to say just didn't matter. (and to him, it didn't matter.) Our entire project was put on hold and our timeline moved because he was not reliable. That is what it boils down to. It is a shame because he has an incredible mind and great ideas...just horrible follow-through. If you value your time, find a contractor who values your time as well."

"I wanted to give them a great review, the owner is extremely friendly and patient and had fair prices. They were going to redo my paved patio and install front landscaping. I was away for work when they installed landscaping, I was told about the pavers for edging they were going to use. But when I came home, I saw that the just used leftover bricks from the patio. They put one with a huge rust stain right in front that looked terrible and one brick was cracked on the side part of edging. I Ended up Removing the edging all together and redid it myself with different edging. ( I was also supposed to have bright fuchsia-colored lilies and I had dark red.) Also, the entire outer row of bricks on my patio came loose. The owner called back and sent someone to fix it without any issue. It is ok now but they used yellowish sand when they came back to fix it and the other sand is gray. It is noticeably different, when I removed the patio rug there is a huge line of the hardened sand on the concrete that I cannot seem to get all of it out just yet. The owner also told me he would get me a specific ground cover for a portion of the landscape, and he never did. I was very excited when I hired them and had high hopes that my outside would finally look like it should. While it looks better than it originally did, I feel like they tried to cut some corners on this project that ended up costing me more afterward. I just wish they would have put a little more care into it and really made it a quality work."
