"They installed a 20' drain system, installed 5 iron I-beams, repaired and replaced the brick on half of the Michigan wall, regarded the back side corner of the house to allow better drainage away from basement, replaced back sidewalk to angle water away from basement. We are very pleased.

"My wife and I recently had some major work done to shore up our foundation and repair our basement walls. The Crossroads crew performed **exceptional** work! Huge thanks to Miguel and Eric. These guys are friendly, professional, and really know their stuff. We were extremely impressed with how hard Eric and Miguel worked, and the quality of the work was amazing. Thanks, guys!! We live in an old house (built in the 1930s I think) and the basement walls were showing their age. We also had some water issues during heavy rains. Crossroads trenched the basement, secured the walls with wall anchors, added a sump pump, and also added helical piers around the outside of the house to support areas of the foundation that were sinking. Miguel and Eric performed some truly Herculean efforts in doing all this work - and they did a damn fine job. We were extremely impressed with their work ethic, and the top-notch quality of their work. In addition, this work was done at a fraction of the cost (literally a fraction) that had been quoted to us by other companies. I highly recommend Crossroads Foundation Repair!"
