Great experience, Shane and Crystal were super nice and very friendly. The end results looked great and it was exactly how I wanted it. Shane was very helpful in making sure that it was what I hand in mind. If there was something that I wasn't sure about he was more than willing to change it and make sure that I was satisfied with the end result. Very very happy customer!

Miracle Contracting did a great job. They are worth every dollar spent. Communication was strong throughout the process - and Donna in the office keeps it all together!

Very well. This was a big project that took six months, including the work, inspections, waiting for supplies to come in, etc. every person, without exception, who came to work on my home was courteous and professional. I could not be more pleased with the transformation of our 1977 vintage bathrooms to beautiful, welcoming spaces.

Very professional and honest. We called 6 roofing companies and only 2 showed up. We were very impressed with their streamlined process and quality of work. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. Every aspect of the project, from estimation to execution to billing, went very smoothly. All Miracle employees were professional, courteous, responsive and punctual, and their work was exceptional. It was important we maintain the character of our home while finding budget-friendly solutions. The team listened to our needs, coming up with a plan that offered long-term solutions without replacing our soffits, gutters and banisters with new material. Our old home looks brand new again -- and still has all the character we fell in love with. We're planning on hiring Miracle for upcoming projects, and we would recommend them to our family and friends.

It went very well. The first diagnosis revealed they would have to tear part of roof and soffit and siding to locate the leak. However, when the contractors came they sprayed water first in a small area and then went from there to locate the leak. Finally, they located the issue which did NOT involve tearing anything apart - which was good news. The problem was the sealant on base of boot where a pipe sticks out of the roof. It was inadequate and they sealed it properly and then went ahead and sealed all the other areas to ensure it was all done right. That same day, we had tornado warnings and lots of rain, which put their job to the ultimate test and I had NO LEAKS. I'm HAPPY!

It went really well. The communication was amazing . If I had a question or a concern it was handled immediately. We were very happy with most of the work. The painting job was ok, but I think we must have had some miscommunication. We wanted our walls smoothed out bc there were several dents and flaws in our walls and they were not addressed at all . After it was painted I noticed the dents and flaws were still on the walls. I just didn't have the nerve to say something. Also the paint job on the new doors for our laundry room was rough and flat. It is very hard to get the dirt off bc of the texture. I just felt it should have been painted differently bc these doors are opened and shut a lot. Other than the paint job, we were very pleased how our kitchen turned out.

They did a fantastic job.  Very professional and very prompt.  We love our new basement!

Kevin and his team were awesome to deal with, very professional and very easy to deal with.  We interviewed 2 other contractors and Kevin was clearly above the rest!

Project went well, stayed on budget and the crews were all professional and cleaned up everyday.  Even if a subcontractor was used, Miracle had complete control and knew exactly what was going on.  The project manager and owners could not have been more responsive and accommodating as the scope of the project grew as we continued to add things.  Would recommend this company as they did a great job and finished on time and budget.

The work preformed was very well done, on time and on budget. They managed to keep a very messy project to where it did not affect the rest of the home. Very pleased. We used a year later to add a third car garage and did a very good job on that as well. We also have used them to replace windows, doors and painting.

Everything has always gone very smoothly. They are quick to respond to any estimates that we need and complete the work in a short time period. When we had trouble after a big snow this winter, they were out to readjust a downspout the very next day. We've spent around $600 between the two projects we've had them do and we have a few more projects that we hope to have done with them. Very polite and we have never had any issues.

We had water leaking from the ceiling in our master bathroom. We had a plumber (not Miracle Contracting) come out through our home warranty company. They ripped a giant hole in our ceiling to try to find the problem... which they couldn't find. The plumber left, and left a giant mess for us to clean up as well as a hole in our ceiling. We wanted for a few months to see if we had water issues again, but we never did. So, when it was time to repair the hole in our ceiling we called Miracle Contracting. We spoke with Kevin and he knew exactly what the water issue was... an ice dam due to the harsh winter we had. I wish we would have called him first to save us from having to rip through our ceiling. They sent someone over to fix the ceiling. The contractor who came over was very professional and very clean. He laid down plastic to catch any drywall mess he made and cleaned up after himself. Once he finished you couldn't tell we ever had a problem. Everything was as good as new, with no mess!
While he was there, he also repaired a few cracks in the walls of our sunroom!
I've never had luck with contractors before. Normally when we call someone out they either never come, never get back to us with a quote, or do a bad job with the work. Miracle is different. They come when you call them, they're on-time, and deliver on what they promise!

Perfect result.

They were great - showed up on time both days and the work turned out just fine. Very pleased. I am definitely looking forward to working with them again for my next home project.

Good job overall. However, a major shortcoming is lack of communication as far as days they will be working or not....left doors unlocked all day to find out they had not come and worked that day nor had they called. Otherwise, the guys that actually do the work are professional.

Included in the job was the removal of a patio door, closing the opening with new interior coverings and outside siding, plus removing a small wood deck.  Then in a different location, the installation of a new 20' x 20' deck using Trex materials and the installation of a new patio door.  All went well, with the exception of a delay due to late receipt of the new patio door.

We had a roof leak and called them to see if they could fix the spots. They first tried roof pitch because we didn't have the money for a new roof, but that didn't last more than a few weeks so they worked with us on a manageable down payment and monthly payments so we could get the roof done before the weather got bad (it was November). They are honest and truly cared enough to work out something for our right budget. Would call them again in a heartbeat!
