"My project involved was to solve a bowing foundation wall, and to stabilize 40â of a dirt wall. It took 9 yards of concrete that had to be hauled mostly by hand. I couldnâ t get anyone from Ft. Wayne which is 40 minutes away to come. live 2 1/2 hours from their office, and the â Three Amigosâ as I called them came every day and worked hard all day long. Plumber Chance is unique because he welcomes & answers all questions you have about the project. I paid $1800 to install sump pump & reassemble pipes for better water flow, not for code compliance that I thought that he said would cost $3k or $4,000 that seems too much based on my research & other pluming co. He had to come back days later to fix a leaky pipe he worked on. So far, sump pump & pipe are in good condition."

"I called American Basement Solutions with issues I was having in my crawl space and they set up a time for someone to come out and look at the issues. Daniel (a family member of the family that ownes the business) called ahead of time and let me know when he was on his way to my home, He was on time and did a thorough investigation of my crawl spaces after which we discussed what needed to be done and various options to accomplish what I wanted. I was provided with a written estimate, insurance information etc. We scheduled the work at a mutually agreed upon time and his men showed up on time and went right to work completing the work on time.
There was a minor issue with some slight damage to the edge of my cedar siding from the removal of the old crawl space entry. I sent Daniel a photo of the damage via text message and he called me within 15 minutes to discussed a course of action to take care of this, We set a time and Daniel personally came out and took care of the issue. I was happy with the work he did.
