Juan and his team did a thorough job removing everything that had rotted and rebuilding the exterior sighting around the window better than the original construction. He installed a plastic barrier; used a more durable wood for exterior sighting and sealed the wood on all sides; and completely sealed every gap and crack to ensure that wood rot will not occur again. I really appreciated their attention to all of the details and doing the job the right way so I don't have this problem again. They completed the job in one and half days, which is half the time he said it would take and completed the job on budget.
