We felt that we were pressured into making a decision. We told him we didn't have much at hand at the moment. We give you $500 dollar to hold the project. We told we just opened a new bank account and that we didn't have any checks available. He says to Zelle him $500.00 to process payment thru with real name given & personal phone number. We mention in the beginning that we in the processes of refinancing. He says coming over Wednesday. While me & my husband analyze what we want to do, we decided to wait until our refinancing is done. I contacted him 3 to 4 days to let him know that what decision regarding project he very upset about it, and I say I am requesting to refund the 500 dollars he says I have 2 kids.
